Recipe: Cannabis-Infused Hot Chocolate

Cold days and freezing nights call for a warm drink--and what better way to warm up than with this Satori-infused hot chocolate. Fair warning: this super chocolatey drink packs a punch. Know your dosage and don’t be too tempted to drink the whole thing.

Ingredients:

Serves 8 (about 5mg of THC per serving)

  • 4 - 2.5oz bars of TCHO Dark Chocolate
  • 1 - .5oz Satori Dark Chocolate (40 mg THC)
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Break up chocolate and set aside.
  2. Heat milk until hot but don’t let it boil--you don’t want a scorched milk taste.
  3. Turn off heat and add sugar, vanilla, and broken up chocolate.
  4. Whisk until chocolate has completely melted.
  5. Enjoy responsibly.

Optional: If you like your hot cocoa sweet, try drizzling chocolate syrup in your mug, adding a dollop of whipped cream, or a handful of marshmallows. If you don’t want a sweet drink, leave out the sugar, or play with different flavors by adding cinnamon or nutmeg.
